cheese with an unflavored French bread also. The blue cheese acts by coating
the mouth and laying a foundation which will soften the wine and make it taste
very good.
The best way to test this is by taking a
taste of the wine first. Wait a minute. Then take a bite of the cheese and take
another drink. You will see a big difference.
